      Shipping Policy

      All Orders are usually packaged and shipped out within 1 to 2 business days after we received an order (Excluding weekends).

      *Please be advised that shipment processing times may be extended due to various factors, such as the current global situation, highly anticipated comebacks, multiple groups releasing new albums simultaneously, and an influx of orders, as well as shipment delays from Korea. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will do our utmost to keep you informed via email or telephone. Rest assured that we are doing everything we can to ensure your orders are shipped as quickly as possible.

      International Shipping

      We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada, and we are working to expand our international shipping options to other countries as soon as possible.

      Please note that for orders shipped outside of the United States, the recipient may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country and/or the selected shipping courier. These additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer and/or receiver.

      *Additionally, customs clearance may cause delays beyond our delivery estimates and we kindly ask for our customer's understanding on this matter.

      Return Policy

      RETURNS

      For IN-STORE purchases, We're happy to process returns for item(s) purchased in-store, as long as they're still in their original condition, sealed, unopened, unworn, or unused, and in their original tags and/or packaging. To ensure a smooth return process, please bring your receipt with you when you return the item(s) within 7 days of purchase.

      For ONLINE purchases, make sure that the item(s) MUST be well packaged and returned in the same condition as when they were received with all inclusions. This means the items should be unopened, not worn or used, and properly wrapped for protection during shipment. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

      EXCHANGES

      We DO NOT process exchanges for online purchases.

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new separate purchase for the new item(s).

      What if my package was shipped, but returned to the store?

      We do not assume responsibility for any orders that are returned due to incorrect shipping information or an absence of the recipient at the time of delivery.

      In the event that an order is returned to our store, the purchase amount will be refunded, with the exception of shipping charges. If a customer still wishes to receive the purchased item(s), they will need to place a new order on our website. We strongly advise customers to double-check the shipping address provided at the time of order placement to avoid any complications.
